Jealousy is a human experience.  Everyone occasionally experiences some level of  jealousy. It may occur in relation to comparing ourselves to others or it could play out in our relationships. However it is when it is excessive and affects relationships and quality of life that it may need to be addressed.

Jealousy  is a secondary emotion and can be bought on by negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something or someone. Jealousy may consist of a number of other emotions including anger, fear, anxiety, sadness, resentment and disgust.

My Philosophy is to provide a therapeutic, nurturing and supportive environment to explore your patterns and behaviours.
